Four Additional Titles Were Awarded to Miss Philippines Universe 2024 Contestants
At the 5th edition of the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 pageant this year, four additional crowns were awarded. Two of them were given to Top 5 finalists, and the other two were from the Top 10. The winners are:
Miss Eco Philippines - Iloilo City
Miss Charm Philippines - Pampanga
Miss Cosmo Philippines - Quezon Province
Miss Supranational Philippines - Baguio
